本人有效方法为：
sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 25
sudo pmset -a standby 0
sudo pmset -a autopoweroff 0
会导致hibernatemode 25是最省电的模式，适合需要长时间休眠的情况
这三条命令的组合，旨在实现以下效果：
通过 hibernatemode 25 进入深度休眠以省电；
通过 standby 0 和 autopoweroff 0 禁用自动休眠优化机制，确保休眠状态单一且可控。
查询资料后 执行这个
(base) ➜ ~ sudo chflags schg /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.AutoWake.plist
暂时取消了怎么都取消不掉的定时事件
