等postman 无法正常登录,也无法修改密码的时候,
只能发邮件给客服,走人工协助注销
一、Postman 客服能怎么 "协助注销"?
前提:必须用注册邮箱 LG970504@163.com 发邮件给他们,别的邮箱不认。
二、你现在要做的唯一动作:发一封英文邮件给 Postman 客服
- 收件:help@postman.com
- 主题:Request to delete my locked Postman account
- 正文直接复制下面(我帮你写好,不用改):
Dear Postman Support Team,
I am writing to request your assistance in permanently deleting my Postman account.
My registered email address is: LG970504@163.com
The account is currently locked and I cannot log in. The "Unlock account" button asks for a password, but it always says incorrect, so I cannot unlock or log in to delete it by myself.
Please verify my identity via this registered email and manually delete the entire account for me. I understand this is irreversible and all data will be lost.

三、发完之后,客服会怎么协助你?(时间线)
- 他们收到后,自动识别发件邮箱 = 注册邮箱,视为本人。
- 一般 1--3 个工作日 回复你(英文):
- 要么直接:Your account has been deleted.(已删)
- 要么让你回复一句确认:Yes, please delete it.
- 完成后:
- 你再登录会提示:账号不存在 / 无效
- 所有集合、历史、数据全部清除,不可逆Postman
