一、引言

深圳市汉威物联科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发并运营 AlcoholTestBro------一套面向企事业单位的岗前酒精检测 系统，包含移动端应用（iOS / Android）与配套管理后台。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并会按照法律法规要求，采取相应安全保护措施，尽力保护您的个人信息安全可控。

本政策说明我们在您使用 AlcoholTestBro 过程中收集哪些信息、为何收集、如何使用、如何存储与共享，以及您享有的权利 。请您在使用本产品前仔细阅读并充分理解本政策。

本产品由企业客户向其员工部署使用。就您的个人信息，您所在的企业客户是个人信息处理者（数据控制者）；我们受企业委托提供技术与存储服务，属于受托处理方（数据处理者），并依服务协议约定承担相应的数据保护责任。

二、我们收集哪些信息

2.1 账号与身份信息

手机号（作为登录账号与唯一标识）
姓名、账号角色（超级管理员 / 企业管理员 / 操作员 / 员工自测）
登录密码（以不可逆的加密散列形式存储，我们不保存明文密码）
所属企业

2.2 员工与实际受检人信息

员工工号、姓名、所属部门
为完成身份核验而采集的人脸照片（由管理员在后台绑定，用于现场比对）

2.3 检测与存证数据

酒精检测数值（呼气酒精浓度）与检测结论（通过 / 警告 / 不合格）
检测开始与结束时间
检测地点：设备定位产生的经纬度坐标及解析得到的地址文字
检测过程采集的现场照片 与检测录像（含音频），作为检测过程存证
由应用前置摄像头拍摄的人脸截帧照片，用于受检人身份核验与检测过程存证
关联的受检员工信息

说明：检测现场照片、人脸截帧与检测录像默认保存在您的设备本地；仅当您所在企业开通云存储服务后，上述媒体才会加密上传至企业专属的云端存储空间。

2.4 设备与日志信息

设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本
设备标识（用于检测数据上传去重与问题排查）
运行日志（用于故障诊断与稳定性改进）

2.5 蓝牙检测设备信息

与本应用配对的酒精检测仪（BLE 蓝牙设备）的设备名称与连接状态，用于完成检测数据的读取

2.6 敏感个人信息

人脸照片、人脸截帧、检测过程录像（含音频）与精确定位属于敏感个人信息 。我们仅在履行人力资源管理所必需、且已向您告知并取得单独同意 的前提下处理上述信息，处理目的仅限于受检人身份核验与检测过程存证；不用于人脸识别算法训练、不用于自动化决策、不出售或对外共享。

三、系统权限及其用途

为提供上述功能，应用会在您使用相关功能时申请以下系统权限，仅在您同意后启用，且仅用于对应功能：

相机：采集检测现场照片与检测过程录像，用于检测存证。
麦克风：录制检测过程视频的音频，用于检测存证。
位置（使用期间）：记录检测发生的地点。
蓝牙：连接并读取酒精检测仪数据，完成呼气酒精检测。
相册（读取 / 写入）：保存检测存证图片到相册、或选择图片。
本地网络：在局域网内访问测试服务器，用于数据同步与连通性自检。

您可以随时在系统设置中关闭上述权限；关闭后，对应功能将无法使用，但不影响其他功能。

四、信息的使用目的

核验用户身份，完成登录与权限控制；
执行岗前酒精检测、完成受检人身份比对，并生成检测记录；
为企业提供检测记录查询、统计与合规审计；
存储与同步检测存证数据（照片、录像、地点），支撑事故追溯与责任认定；
故障诊断、安全风控与产品体验改进。

我们不会将您的个人信息用于与上述目的无关的用途，也不会用于个性化广告推送。

五、信息的存储、保留与跨境传输

中国大陆用户 ：所采集的信息存储于中华人民共和国境内的云服务器与对象存储（腾讯云），传输过程采用加密通道（HTTPS/TLS）。
中国大陆以外地区用户 ：面向该地区提供服务时，我们会在该地区或就近区域部署并启用服务器（例如亚太、欧洲、北美节点），您的个人信息存储于对应区域的数据中心，不进行不必要的跨境传输。
可能发生跨境传输的情形：仅在下列情况下，您的信息才可能被传输至您所在司法管辖区以外的地区------（1）您所在企业的总部或管理主体位于其他地区，需要统一查阅检测记录；（2）您主动跨区域使用本产品。
跨境传输的合规措施 ：发生跨境传输时，我们会（1）在传输前评估接收方所在地区的数据保护法律环境与保护水平；（2）依法签署标准合同条款或采取其他法定合规措施，并留存传输记录；（3）就敏感个人信息 的跨境传输取得您的单独同意；（4）要求接收方按照本政策及不低于本政策的保护标准处理数据。
检测记录与存证媒体在满足企业合规审计所需的期限内保留，超出期限后将删除或匿名化处理。
在检测记录成功上传后，移动端本地的检测媒体缓存将被清理。

六、信息的共享与披露

我们不会出售您的个人信息。
您所在企业的授权管理员，可在管理后台查阅本企业范围内的员工信息与检测记录。
我们可能委托云存储、服务器等服务商处理数据，其仅可在提供服务所必需的范围内接触数据，并受保密义务约束。
仅在法律法规要求、司法机关或行政机关依法定程序要求时，我们才会对外提供必要信息。

七、我们不会收集的信息

为消除您的顾虑，我们明确说明本产品不收集以下信息：

通讯录、短信、通话记录；
与检测无关的相册内容（仅访问您主动保存或选择的图片）；
广告标识符（IDFA）等用于广告追踪的标识，本应用不投放第三方广告；
后台持续定位（仅在您使用检测功能时获取位置）；
支付信息、金融账户信息；
与检测业务无关的其他敏感个人信息。

八、数据安全

我们采用加密传输、访问控制、最小权限、密码散列存储等措施保护您的个人信息。请注意：互联网环境并非绝对安全，请妥善保管您的账号与密码；如发现账号异常，请及时联系我们。

九、未成年人保护

本产品面向企事业单位的成年员工，不面向未成年人。我们不会主动收集未成年人的个人信息。

十、您的权利

在法律法规允许的范围内，您有权：

查询、更正您的个人信息；
删除相关数据、注销账号；
撤回授权（通过系统设置关闭权限）；
就个人信息处理规则进行咨询与投诉。

您可通过企业管理员，或通过下方联系方式与我们联系行使上述权利。我们将在收到您的请求后15 个工作日内予以答复。

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后我们会在本页面公布最新版本并更新生效日期；重大变更将以显著方式提示。

1. Introduction

Shenzhen Hanwei IoT Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") develops and operates AlcoholTestBro , a pre-shift alcohol testing system for enterprises, consisting of mobile apps (iOS / Android) and a companion admin console. We take your privacy seriously and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use, store and share it, and the rights you have . Please read it carefully before using the product.

This product is deployed by an enterprise for use by its employees. With respect to your personal information, your employer (our enterprise customer) is the data controller. We act as a data processor providing technical and storage services on the enterprise's behalf, and assume the corresponding data protection obligations under our service agreement.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & identity

Mobile phone number (used as the login account and unique identifier)
Name and account role (super admin / company admin / operator / self-test employee)
Login password, stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash (we never store plaintext passwords)
Your company

2.2 Employee / tested-person information

Employee number, name and department
A face photo bound by an administrator for on-site identity verification

2.3 Test & evidence data

Breath alcohol concentration value and result (pass / warning / fail)
Test start and end time
Test location: latitude/longitude from device location and the resolved address text
On-site photos and test video with audio captured during the test as evidence
A face snapshot captured by the app's front camera during the test, used for identity verification and as test evidence
The associated tested employee

Note: on-site photos, the face snapshot and the test video are kept on your device by default; they are uploaded to the enterprise's dedicated cloud storage only after your company enables the cloud storage service.

2.4 Device & log information

Device model, OS version, app version
Device identifier (for upload de-duplication and troubleshooting)
Runtime logs (for diagnostics and stability improvement)

2.5 Bluetooth device information

The name and connection state of the paired breathalyzer (BLE device), used to read test data

2.6 Sensitive personal information

Face photos, the on-site face snapshot, test video with audio and precise location are sensitive personal information . We process them only where necessary for human-resource management and after informing you and obtaining your separate consent , solely for identity verification and test evidence; they are not used to train face-recognition algorithms, not used for automated decision-making, and never sold or shared.

3. Permissions and Their Purpose

Camera -- capture on-site photos and test video for evidence.
Microphone -- record audio of the test video for evidence.
Location (when in use) -- record where the test took place.
Bluetooth -- connect to and read the breathalyzer to complete the test.
Photos (read/write) -- save evidence images to, or pick images from, your library.
Local network -- reach a test server on the LAN for data sync and connectivity checks.

You can disable any permission in system settings at any time; the related feature will then be unavailable, without affecting other features.

4. How We Use Information

Verify identity and control access;
Perform pre-shift alcohol tests, verify the tested person and generate test records;
Provide your company with record search, statistics and compliance auditing;
Store and sync test evidence (photos, video, location) to support incident traceability;
Diagnose failures, ensure security and improve the product.

We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the above, and we do not use it for personalized advertising.

5. Storage, Retention and Cross-Border Transfer

Users in mainland China -- information is stored on cloud servers and object storage located in mainland China (Tencent Cloud), transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS).
Users outside mainland China -- when we serve those regions we deploy and use servers in that region or a nearby region (e.g. Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America); your personal information is stored in the data center of the corresponding region, with no unnecessary cross-border transfer.
When cross-border transfer may occur -- only (1) where your employer's headquarters or managing entity is located in another region and needs consolidated access to test records, or (2) where you use the product across regions.
Safeguards for cross-border transfer -- we will (1) assess the legal environment and protection level of the recipient's region before transfer; (2) put in place standard contractual clauses or other lawful safeguards and keep transfer records; (3) obtain your separate consent for any cross-border transfer of sensitive personal information; and (4) require the recipient to process data under this policy and no less protective standards.
Test records and evidence media are retained for the period required by enterprise compliance auditing, then deleted or anonymized.
Local media caches on the mobile device are cleared after a record is uploaded successfully.

We do not sell your personal information.
Authorized administrators of your company may view employee information and test records within that company.
We may engage cloud storage / server providers that can access data only as needed to provide the service, under confidentiality obligations.
We disclose information to third parties only when required by law or by competent judicial / administrative authorities through due process.

7. What We Do Not Collect

Contacts, SMS, or call logs;
Photo library content unrelated to testing (we access only images you save or select);
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or similar tracking identifiers --- the app serves no third-party ads;
Continuous background location (location is obtained only while you use the test feature);
Payment or financial account information;
Other sensitive personal information unrelated to the testing business.

8. Data Security

We protect your information with encrypted transmission, access control, least-privilege principles and hashed password storage. The internet is not absolutely secure; please safeguard your account and password, and contact us promptly if you notice anything unusual.

9. Minors

The product is intended for adult employees of enterprises and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Your Rights

Access and correct your personal information;
Delete related data and cancel your account;
Withdraw consent (by disabling permissions in system settings);
Ask questions about, and lodge complaints regarding, our processing rules.

You may exercise these rights via your company administrator or the contact details below. We will respond to your request within 15 business days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date; material changes will be prominently notified.
