npm install报错 - 技术栈

在命令提示符窗口下载npm，报错如下：

我关闭了用idea打开的项目，以管理员身份运行命令行窗口，再执行 npm install 命令。然后就下载安装成功了。安装成功后会在对应位置出现有node_modules文件夹。
