一晃毕业已经10多年了,从刚毕业后前5年每年10斤的增速,已经从140斤到190斤了,最近几年提前每年增加几个小毛病,虽然是年龄上来了,但是我认为还是肥胖导致,所以计划用百日时间减肥20斤,以此来做个记录,督促自己!
