摘 要
近些年以来，随着我国的互联网技术的不断进步，计算机科学技术的发展也在不断的快速发展。在当下"互联网+"的带动下，我国的各行各业，上到政府机关下到小微企业都通过互联网的发展带动取得了很好的发展势头。我国这两年来通过利用互联网技术与精准扶贫相结合，在脱贫攻坚中形成了非常好的促进作用，从而使得我国的扶贫工作在信息化的支持下，实现了快速的战略目标提升。而在我过得扶贫工作中，通过信息化的农村人员信息管理、将传统的大水灌溉式的管理到现在的信息化精细化管理，能够通过线上化的系统运行来更好的统计和管理贫困户的信息，并且对于帮扶对象而言也能够通过互联网信息的查看来有效的实现帮扶工作的推进。
本次利用微信小程序来开发一款精准扶贫数据收集的小程序，通过对国内外在贫困户脱贫中的一些行为需要进行内容的探索与总结，形成本次小程序的开发框架，在移动端能够有效地实现脱贫新闻的宣传，帮扶对象的查看，帮扶工作的计划与推进等多项功能的开发。通过本次的系统开发可以有效地提升精准扶贫的概念升级，从而更好的为贫困户脱贫提供有效的帮扶管理。
