一、项目简介

互联网发展至今，无论是其理论还是技术都已经成熟，而且它广泛参与在社会中的方方面面。它让信息都可以通过网络传播，搭配信息管理工具可以很好地为人们提供服务。针对毕业设计项目信息管理混乱，出错率高，信息安全性差，劳动强度大，费时费力等问题，采用毕业设计项目管理系统可以有效管理，使信息管理能够更加科学和规范。

毕业设计项目管理系统在Eclipse环境中，使用Java语言进行编码，使用Mysql创建数据表保存本系统产生的数据。系统可以提供信息显示和相应服务，本系统可以实现设计题目管理，投票记录管理，选题审核管理，选题信息管理等功能。

总之，毕业设计项目管理系统集中管理信息，有着保密性强，效率高，存储空间大，成本低等诸多优点。它可以降低信息管理成本，实现信息管理计算机化。

在前面分析的管理员功能的基础上，进行接下来的设计工作，最终展示设计的管理员结构图（见下图）。管理员管理设计题目，投票记录，选题信息以及公告。

在前面分析的教师功能的基础上，进行接下来的设计工作，最终展示设计的教师结构图（见下图）。教师对设计题目进行投票，审核并管理用户选题信息。

在前面分析的用户功能的基础上，进行接下来的设计工作，最终展示设计的用户结构图（见下图）。用户选择设计题目，查看选题审核状态，管理选题信息。

管理员功能实现

教师管理

管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理教师。其页面见下图。管理员可以增删改查教师资料。

设计题目管理

管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理设计题目信息。其页面见下图。管理员增删改查设计题目信息，可以审核设计题目，查看设计题目对应的赞成票与反对票。

投票记录管理

管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理投票记录信息。其页面见下图。管理员在本页面可以查看教师投票的时间以及投票的题目信息，可以批量删除教师的投票记录信息。

公告管理

管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理公告信息。其页面见下图。管理员具有发布公告，修改与删除公告信息的权限。

用户管理

管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理用户信息。其页面见下图。用户的资料也需要管理员进行修改，删除，查询等管理。

项目类型管理

管理员进入指定功能操作区之后管理项目类型信息。其页面见下图。管理员修改项目类型名称，删除指定的项目类型。

教师功能实现

设计题目管理

教师进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理设计题目信息。其页面见下图。教师可以添加设计题目，可以对本页面显示的设计题目进行投票。

选题信息管理

教师进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理选题信息。其页面见下图。教师可以审核论文，下载用户的开题报告，中期报告以及论文文件。

用户功能实现

用户进入指定功能操作区之后可以查看设计题目。其页面见下图。用户对通过管理员审核的设计题目进行选择。

选题审核查看

用户进入指定功能操作区之后可以查看选题审核信息。其页面见下图。用户可以根据题目名称查询选题审核信息，查看选题目前的审核状态信息。

选题信息管理

用户进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理选题信息。其页面见下图。用户在当前页面可以下载开题报告，中期报告，以及论文文件，查看选题的审核状态以及修改意见。
