neo4j安装报错：
neo4j.bat : 无法将"neo4j.bat"项识别为 cmdlet、函数、脚本文件或可运行程序的名称。请检查名称的拼写，如果包括路径，请确 保路径正确，然后再试一次。
解决办法：
在环境变量中的，用户变量新增一个，名字是"Neo4j"，值是neo4j的压缩包解压后的路径
cmd用管理员身份打开，或者win11右键点击"在终端打开"。
