OSError: [Errno 98] Address already in use pycharm 远程

pycharm 远程 debug 时候出现：

s.bind(('', port))

OSError: Errno 98 Address already in use

ERROR conda.cli.main_run:execute(125): `conda run python /home/zhangjiying/.pycharm_helpers/pydev/pydevd.py --multiprocess --qt-support=auto --port 29781 --file

到setting 中搜索debug, 取消Run idebugger in server mode
