1、下载安装vscode
https://code.visualstudio.com/Download
2、安装git
3、在vscode中安装GitLens插件
4、打开终端
点击会显示当前更改的项目
5、提交更改的文件，会提示输入用户名、密码，这里的密码即是令牌，令牌在第一次创建的时候显示，切记切记切记！！！
注意：git中报unable to auto-detect email address 错误的解决办法
每次重新新建工程时候git的配置信息都不能直接在命令行里修改 用户名 和邮箱，不会生效，且报错

参考网上解决办法就是
找到工程目录的.git文件夹，打开之后找到config文件，在最后边加上一句话
user
email=your email
name=your name
