1.首先下载qt在线下载器，如附件。
2.然后使用cmd命令框，进入qt下载器所在的目录
cd C:\Users\你的用户名\Downloads
3. 用完整文件名执行命令
在当前目录下，用安装器的完整文件名加上镜像参数执行：
qt-online-installer-windows-x64-4.8.0.exe --mirror https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/qtproject
