鼠标作为计算机输入设备，属于《强制性产品认证目录》中"信息技术设备"大类下的产品。无论是USB有线鼠标还是2.4G无线鼠标、蓝牙鼠标，只要在中国境内销售，均须通过CCC（中国强制性产品认证）。

二、适用标准体系
鼠标CCC认证涉及的安全与电磁兼容标准如下：

其中，GB 4943.1-2022于2023年7月1日起正式实施，替代原GB 4943.1-2011版本。新版标准采用与IEC 62368-1接轨的基于危险的安全工程方法论，不再以电路类型（SELV/ELV/TNV）划分要求。
三、安全评估要点
3.1 电气安全
鼠标工作电压为USB总线供电（5V DC），属于安全超低电压（SELV）范围。GB 4943.1-2022框架下，USB供电鼠标的电气能量源等级通常判定为ES1，主要评估项目包括：
- 绝缘电阻测试：验证内部电路与可接触外壳之间的绝缘性能
- 抗电强度测试：对绝缘系统施加规定电压，验证耐压能力
- 残余电压放电测试：USB接口断电后，可接触端口的残余电压须在规定时间内降至安全限值以下
3.2 机械安全
鼠标外壳的机械强度评估关注以下方面：
- 跌落测试：从规定高度自由跌落，外壳不得破裂暴露危险部件

鼠标的电磁骚扰测试依据GB/T 9254-2016，分为传导骚扰和辐射骚扰两类：

4.2 谐波电流
USB总线供电的鼠标功耗通常低于75W。GB/T 17625.1规定的谐波电流限值适用于接入公共低压电网的设备，鼠标通过USB接口从计算机获取低压直流供电，不直接连接交流电网，谐波电流测试一般不作为鼠标的必测项目。
