一、制度背景与适用范围
PSB安全标志（PSB Safety Mark）是新加坡消费者保护（安全要求）注册计划（CPS体系）下的强制认证制度，由新加坡企业发展局（EnterpriseSG）依据《消费者保护（安全要求）条例》（CPSR）实施。凡列入受控商品清单的产品，须在完成测试与注册后加贴PSB标志方可进入新加坡市场销售。

四、VR眼镜专项安全评估要点
4.1 近眼显示的光学安全
VR眼镜的光学系统是PSB评估中最具产品特性的部分。显示屏紧贴眼部，光学安全须按IEC 62471进行评估：
- 蓝光危害（蓝光加权辐亮度）：近眼显示条件下，显示屏蓝光危害须评估至豁免级或低危害级（Risk Group 0/1）
- 红外辐射：采用红外摄像头的定位方案，须验证红外LED阵列的可触及辐射符合限值
- 闪烁评估：低刷新率或PWM调光导致的可见闪烁，须满足无低频频闪要求

4.2 内置电池与贴身温升
VR眼镜头显部分内置锂电池（通常为1500-3500mAh），且设备紧贴面部，温升与电池安全须联动评估：

4.3 电源适配器的连带管控

- 适配器的安全等级（Class II/Class I）决定插头与接地配置
