The offline check-in function of smart hotels supports offline reservation registration. Staff can create offline reservations directly, select available rooms and input guests' identity information. The system integrates with hotel door locks, public security management systems and second-generation ID verification to complete real-name registration. Reservations can be converted to official check-in records. Staff fill in final guest information, calculate room fees automatically, and mark whether extra payment is needed with remarks for other matters. Offline reservation cancellation is available with refund reasons recorded in archives.
The system adopts strict fund security control. Deposits will be refunded to the original payment path. Large deposit operations require approval from supervisors. Funds go straight to the hotel owner's account instead of passing through intermediate systems to enhance safety. Multiple payment methods are supported, including WeChat Pay, Alipay, credit card, Huabei and face payment. All fund transactions are fully recorded for traceability. Employee proxy payments leave complete logs to prevent staff from redeeming coupons for customers illegally or creating fake orders. The system provides hotel operation reports including expenditure accounts, occupancy rate and repurchase rate, realizing integrated management of rooms, reservations and finance.
