Hermes Agent 常用命令速查表

命令体系分四层

关键区别：hermes model（终端里跑）能新增提供商、跑 OAuth、录 API Key ；/model（会话内输入）只能在已配置好的模型之间切换 。要加新提供商，先退出会话再跑 hermes model。

一、安装与首次配置

hermes setup 可只进某一节：model、terminal、gateway、tools、agent；选项有 --quick（只问缺失项）、--non-interactive、--reset、--portal。

配置目录 ~/.hermes/：config.yaml（非敏感配置）、.env（密钥，权限 600）、auth.json（OAuth）、SOUL.md（人格）、memories/、skills/、logs/、checkpoints/。

二、全局选项

hermes chat 其他常用选项：-v/--verbose、-Q/--quiet（脚本模式，抑制 banner）、--max-turns <N>（每轮工具调用上限，默认 500）、--source <tag>（会话来源标记）。

旧版单次运行器仍随包提供：hermes-agent --query "..."，但它不启动 Agent，常规场景用 hermes -z。

默认 /model 只影响当前会话；--global 才写入 config.yaml。中途切模型会重置 prompt 缓存，下一轮按全价重读整段对话。

注意点：config set 用 . 表示嵌套；键名里本身含点（如模型 ID grok-4.6）时，新建需转义 grok-4\.6 并加引号。列表/映射型的键必须传 YAML/JSON 字面量，例如 hermes config set custom_providers '[{name: x, base_url: https://...}]'。

命令解析规则：内置命令不区分大小写 ，支持前缀匹配 （/h → /help）；前缀有歧义时按注册顺序取第一个；完整名与已注册别名永远优先。

消息平台专属 Slash：/start、/sethome（别名 /set-home）、/restart（排空后优雅重启网关）、/topic（仅 Telegram 私聊多会话）、/platform list|pause|resume、/commands、/approve、/deny。Slack 消息线程里原生 slash 会被拦截，改用 ! 前缀：!stop、!new、!status。

--force 可以绕过第三方技能的非危险策略拦截，但不能覆盖 dangerous 扫描结论。

hermes update 退出码：0 成功、1 拉取/安装/后置错误、2 工作区有阻塞 git pull 的改动。更新成功后会自动重启本机该 HERMES_HOME 下所有在跑的网关 profile。

Shell 模式示例：!git status、!ls -la、!pytest -x tests/cli。仅 CLI 有效，消息平台与 cron 运行会忽略它。
