程序运行起来只是第一步，验证数据的准确性和实时性才是调试的重点。CODESYS 提供了强大的在线监控功能。在登录状态下，变量旁边的数值会实时刷新。你可以直接看到 bStartButton 的状态随物理动作在 TRUE 和 FALSE 之间切换。
为了更直观地观察数据变化趋势，可以使用"轨迹"功能（Trace）。在菜单中选择"在线"->"轨迹"，添加需要监控的变量，如模拟量输入值或计数器数值。设置合适的采样间隔和时间窗口，启动记录后，系统会以波形图的形式展示数据变化。这对于分析信号抖动、响应延迟或逻辑时序问题非常有帮助。例如，如果发现某个传感器信号在临界值附近频繁跳变，可以通过轨迹图清晰地看到噪点，从而回头去调整滤波参数。
此外，强制（Force）功能也是调试利器。当现场传感器尚未安装或故障时，可以右键点击变量选择"强制"，手动给定一个值来测试后续逻辑是否正确。但务必注意，调试结束后要取消所有强制操作，否则设备将脱离实际控制，引发安全隐患。

在实际操作中，通信连接失败是最常见的问题。如果遇到无法登录或下载超时的情况，请按以下步骤有序排查：
首先是物理层检查。再次确认网线是否插紧，交换机或直连是否正常。尝试在 PC 上使用 ping 命令测试控制器的 IP 地址。如果 ping 不通，说明网络链路有问题，需检查 IP 配置、子网掩码或网关设置，确保 PC 与 T536 在同一网段。
其次是服务层检查。确认 T536 的 CODESYS 运行时服务（Runtime Service）是否已启动。部分设备需要在 HMI 界面或拨码开关上手动开启远程访问权限。同时，检查 PC 端的防火墙是否拦截了 CODESYS 的通信端口（默认为 1200 或 1201）。
最后是配置层检查。核对工程中的设备名称和 IP 地址是否与实际情况一致。如果在网络中有多个 T536 设备，确保没有 IP 冲突。如果使用了 VLAN 或复杂的路由结构，需确认路由表配置正确，允许广播包或特定单播包的通过。很多时候，重启一次控制器和 PC 的网络适配器，也能解决一些莫名其妙的缓存问题。

项目上线后，备份与迁移是长期维护的基础。定期使用 CODESYS 的"另存为"功能，将工程打包保存，并附上版本号注释。建议建立规范的命名规则，如 ProjectName_V1.0_Date，以便追溯历史变更。
在进行版本迁移时，需特别注意 CODESYS 开发系统与目标设备固件版本的兼容性。高版本软件编写的工程可能在低版本固件上无法运行，反之亦然。如果需要升级固件，务必先在测试环境中验证，确认所有功能正常后再应用到生产现场。
此外，不同版本的设备库可能存在差异。在迁移工程到新电脑或新环境时，如果提示缺少库文件，切勿随意忽略，应从官方渠道下载对应版本的库进行补充。对于使用了第三方库或自定义封装的项目，确保将所有依赖项一并归档。最后，记得导出变量列表和硬件配置文件作为独立文档，即使源码丢失，这些基础信息也能帮助快速重建工程框架。
