1.下载离线git包：eclipse.egit.repository-4.4.0.201606070830-r.zip
2.将解压后目录：eclipse.egit.repository-4.4.0.201606070830-r\plugins下的jar文件放到 ide\eclipse\plugins目录下
3.重启pydevIDE
