1 查看源

pip config get global.index-url

2 cmd 指令换源

pip config set global.index-url https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

3 文件 ini 换源

文件夹地址栏搜索 %AppData% -> 进入 C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming

创建文件夹 pip 在里面 创建文件 pip.ini

global

index-url = https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
