产品简介：Sulfo Cyanine3-DA, sulfonated Cy3 is the water-soluble form of Cy3 (Cyanine 3). Its spectral properties are similar to Cy3, emitting orange fluorescence under a fluorescence microscope. Its fluorescence is very bright and pH insensitive. It can generally be excited by a 530nm-561nm laser beam and observed using TRITC (tetramethylrhodamine) filters, so it can be used in most fluorescence instruments. After labeling, the background fluorescence of the sample is generally considered lower than that of dyes such as TAMRA series. Sulfonated Cy3 can be used to label various biomolecules such as proteins, antibodies, peptides, nucleic acids, etc.
