在卸载重装python后会出现难以解决的局面，系统变量，命令行，vscode等都是配置好的，但暂运行代码时总是说运行Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

经管vscode已经准确识别到了新的python编译器，，python3.13.3，仍然不管用。问AI也无法解决。

这时候试试重启电脑。
