| Prof. Guohua Xie The Institute of Flexible Electroncis (Future Technologies), Xiamen University, China | Guohua Xie obtained his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Jilin University (China) in 2011, working on OLED microdisplays. From August 2011, Dr. Xie carried out his postdoctoral research at TU Dresden (Germany), sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, investigating the stability of OLEDs. Later, Dr. Xie worked for an OLED-based interdisciplinary project to treat skin cancer with OLEDs at the University of St Andrews (UK) since 2013. From 2015, he worked for the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences of Wuhan University (China). Since 2023, Dr. Xie served as a full professor in the Institute of Flexible Electronics (Future Technologies) of Xiamen University, working on the interdisciplinary research of the emerging optoelectronic materials and devices. Dr. Xie has co-authored over 250 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to 1 book as the editor-in-chief. In 2020, Dr. Xie has been admitted as a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry. Now, Dr. Xie also serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for The Innovation, InfoMat, and SmartMat. respectively. Meanwhile, he is currently an Academic Editor for The Innovation Materials. |
| Prof. Sergey Alexandrov Beihang University, China | Sergei Alexandrov is a professor at Beihang University (Beijing, China) and a research professor at the Institute for Problems of Mechanics of the Russian Academy of Science. He received his PhD in Physics and Mathematics in 1990 and DSc in Physics and Mathematics in 1994. He worked for ALCOA Technical Center (USA), GKSS Research Center (Germany), University of Aveiro (Portugal), and Seoul National University (South Korea). His research areas are plasticity theory, fracture mechanics, and their applications to metal forming and structural mechanics. He published three monographs and about 300 papers in journals included in SCIE. He is a member of the editorial boards of several international journals. |
| Associate Professor Vinay Sharma NIIT University, India Title: A Terahertz and FTIR spectroscopic ' saga ' of transition metal and rare-earth halides hydration | Dr. Vinay Sharma is an Associate Professor at NIIT University (NU) India in the Department of Basic Sciences (Physics). In addition to this, he has held various administrative positions at NU including Associate Dean Research, Member Academic Council etc. He has earned his M.Sc. with a Gold Medal in Condensed Matter Physics from the Department of Physics, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi India in 2008. He has received his Ph.D in the field of '(THz) Terahertz Laser Spectroscopy' from Ruhr University Bochum, Germany in 2013. His major research thrust is in the area of Terahertz and Ultrafast spectroscopic exploration of hydration dynamics of aqueous electrolyte solutions and solar cell materials. He has also received esteemed Lady Davis Post Doctoral Fellowship at Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel in 2014. Dr Sharma has contributed to various academic and research engagements at distinct places including the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany), at HUJI (Israel), and at the Department of Physics, Axis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur India. He has published various research articles having SCIE (Q1) indexing and more that 200 citations in international peer reviewed journals including Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics (PCCP), American Institute of Physics, Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), Journal of Materials Chemistry, etc. In addition, Dr. Sharma has participated in various international conferences including the prestigious RSC conference of Faraday Discussions at Queens College, Oxford, UK in 2012. |
| Dr. Elias Randjbaran Advanced Manufacturing Department, Aircraft Composite Inc, Malaysia Title: A Systems Analysis for Performance and Safety Optimisation in Modern Racecar Engineering: The Role of Advanced Materials and Integrated Design | Dr Randjbaran is the author or co-author of in excess of thirty scientific publications. His corpus of work has garnered more than 530 citations, yielding an h-index of 12 and an i10-index of 17. Among his most significant contributions are: · Hybrid composite laminates reinforced with Kevlar/carbon/glass woven fabrics for ballistic impact testing (2014). · The effects of stacking sequence layers on the behaviour of hybrid composites subjected to high-velocity impact (2013). · The influence of carbon nanotube volume fraction on the bending properties of hybrid fabrics (2021). Most recently (2025), he co-authored an extensive review on the deployment of optical fibre sensors for the in-situ monitoring of strain within composite structures, which appeared in the Journal of Applied Mechanics Reviews and Reports. Professional Affiliations Dr Randjbaran maintains memberships in a number of distinguished professional societies, reflecting his active participation within the wider scientific and engineering community. These affiliations include: · Aerospace Society Malaysia (AEROS Malaysia) · American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) · American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) · Space & Satellite Professionals International (SSPI) Summary In summary, Dr Elias Randjbaran is an established scholar in the domain of aerospace materials, with specialised knowledge in composite mechanics, advanced manufacturing, and structural analysis.
