近来，我有两个包因为年龄分级填写错误导致审核被拒，以前苹果从来不检查年龄分级的，现在苹果已经将年龄分级纳入了审核标准，如果App内容与苹果后台年龄分级填写内容不匹配，可能导致审核被拒。
下面将分享下我的两次被拒经历和年龄分级填写建议。
一、家长控制、年龄保证
2026年1月，我们有个新App，运营填写苹果后台年龄分级时，将"家长控制"、"不受限的网页访问"勾了"是"。 首次提审时，被"2.3.6 Accurate Metadata"拒绝。

The content description selected for the app's Age Rating indicates that the app includes In-App Controls. However, we were unable to find either Parental Controls or Age Assurance mechanisms in the app.
Next Steps
If the app currently includes these features, reply to this message and let us know how to locate them.
Otherwise, update the Age Rating selections to "None" for both "Parental Controls" and "Age Assurance." Age Rating selections can be found on the App Information page after selecting the app in App Store Connect.

苹果说，苹果后台年龄分级里你勾了"家长控制"，但是我在App里没找到相关功能。如果App包含了相关功能，请回复信息告诉我在哪里。如果没有包含，请修改年龄分级中的配置。
"家长控制"、"年龄保证"，如果你的App内有专门做相关的功能，才勾"是"，对于大部分App来说勾"否"就行。如果你勾了"是"，苹果会去应用里核查，找不到会导致应用被拒！
二、信息和聊天
2026年6月，我们国区的一个老游戏更新时，因为App内里包含了"聊天"、"群聊"功能，但年龄分级里"信息和聊天"勾的"否"，被苹果拒绝。 苹果还附上了游戏内"创建房间聊天"的一张截图。
Guideline 2.3.6 - Performance - Accurate Metadata
Issue Description The capability selected for the app's Age Rating is inconsistent with the content of the app. Since the app includes messaging and chat functionality, you must select "Yes" for "Messaging and Chat" in App Store Connect. The app's age rating must accurately reflect the kinds of content and features users are able to access in the app.
Next Steps Update the Age Rating selections to select "Yes" for "Messaging and Chat." The Age Rating selections can be found on the App Information page after selecting the app in App Store Connect.

我修改了苹果后台年龄分级，将"信息和聊天"勾了"是"，在苹果后台回复苹果后过审了。
如果你的应用中包含了可以聊天的功能（世界频道、工会），即用户可以通过App内的功能直接相互沟通，年龄分级中"信息和聊天"应该填"是"。当然，如果你们入口比较深，苹果审核没发现，可能也不会被拒，但万一哪天更新提审被苹果发现了，仍然可能被拒。
三、年龄分级该如何填写
以下是我的个人经验，仅供参考，请根据自身App的实际情况填写。
家长控制、年龄保证 ：如果App内做了专门家长控制功能（一般是专门针对儿童的App）才勾"是"，否则勾"否"；
不受限的网页访问 ：一般浏览器应用勾"是"，其它勾"否"。带一点WebView没关系的，不用这么实诚；
用户生成内容 ：一般社交类的应用需要勾"是"，即用户可以公开分享自己创作的内容。其它勾"否"；
信息和聊天 ：包含可聊天的功能，即用户可以通过App内的功能直接相互沟通（即使是游戏类应用）勾"是"。其它勾"否"；
广告 ：包含广告的应用勾"是"；
成人或暗示性的主题 ：穿着暴露的游戏、有点擦边的社交应用，勾"频繁"
色情内容或裸体 ："否"
露骨色情内容及裸体 ："否"
卡通或幻想暴力 ：打斗类游戏勾"频繁"
抽奖箱：勾"否"。卡牌游戏你也勾"否"，少点麻烦，目前还没遇到被拒的情况。
四、结语
苹果近年来对用户隐私越来越重视，以前年龄分级更像是走过场，现在苹果已经将年龄分级元数据的准确性纳入了审核标准，苹果会对照你填写的年龄分级内容去核对包里的功能。如果不匹配，则可能导致审核被拒
