一、工业系统的分层架构传统 🏛️
理解工业 AI 平台,先要理解工业自动化的经典分层(ISA-95):

- 边缘侧:实时性要求 <1s 的推理任务(视觉质检、振动监测、实时软测量)、数据清洗压缩、断网续传;

技术选型的工业要点:
- 时序数据库:选支持高写入吞吐(百万点/秒)、长保留周期、工业协议接入的产品(PI System、TDengine、InfluxDB、IoTDB);
- 流处理:Kafka+Flink 是事实标准,但中小规模场景可用轻量方案(如 Telegraf+InfluxDB 直连);
- 湖仓格式:Parquet/Delta Lake 按时间与产线分区,兼顾压缩率与查询效率;
- 协议栈:OT 侧 OPC-UA 已成主流标准,老旧设备经网关协议转换接入。

AI 架构的安全推论:
- 生产控制网(OT)与企业网(IT)之间经网闸/防火墙隔离,AI 平台的数据采集走只读通道;
- AI 推理结果回写操作画面需经审批的双向通道,且只允许写建议值,禁止直写控制设定值(除非经过安全评估的闭环项目);
- 模型与数据中禁止携带敏感工艺参数出境(呼应第 16 期数据安全红线)。
五、模型管理:模型注册中心 🗃️
当企业模型数量超过 10 个,必须建立模型注册中心(Model Registry):

六、平台建设的务实路径 🛤️
反模式:先花两年建"大而全平台",再谈应用------平台建完业务已经变了。
推荐路径:
- 场景先行(0~6 月):1~2 个高价值场景用最小架构落地(实时库+Python 服务+简单看板),验证价值;
- 沉淀共性(6~12 月):从场景中沉淀共性需求(特征平台、模型注册、监控告警),针对性建设;
- 平台成型(12~24 月):整合为多租户平台,支撑场景规模化复制;
- 运营优化(持续):平台本身按产品运营,SLO、成本、使用率纳入考核。
