生成CMakeFiles

-DNCNN_BUILD_TESTS=OFF ^

-DNCNN_OPENMP=ON ^

-DNCNN_AVX512=OFF ^

-DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="

-D_WIN32_WINNT=0x0601" ^

-DCMAKE_C_FLAGS="-D_WIN32_WINNT=0x0601"

运行CMakeFiles

mingw32-make -j4

2. 下载模型文件

RetinaFace（mnet.25 已转好 ncnn）
