20260903实测给飞凌OK3576-C开发板刷入Rockchip原厂的IMG固件

缘起：需要使用Rockchip原厂的SDK适配飞凌OK3576-C开发板。

先输入Rockchip原厂最原始的IMG固件。

功能测试小结：

1、eth0可用。eth1异常。

2、3个USB3.0口插入USB2.0鼠标都可以用！

3、刷机口和电脑之间插入USB先，显示：没有发现设备。【ADB不能用】飞凌的SDK编译之后显示：发现一个ADB设备。

Android14的SDK有可能改动的地方【应该对测试结果没有影响^_】
