一 问题现象
锐捷10.x版本路由器升级过程正常并且显示成功，但是设备重启后一直无法启动
二 排查过程
1.重启设备查看加载版本

3.通过分析设备加载的版本名称为rgos_bak.bin，而我们日常的版本一般都是rgos.bin，所以判断版本加载错误导致
三 解决方法-重新升级版本为rgos_bak.bin解决
1.加载版本
Ruijie#copy tftp://192.168.1.100/RSR10-X_10.4(3b141)p3_R234314_install.bin flash:/rgos_bak.bin
