一.为什么要进行分模块设计
当我们开发一个大型项目时，里面会有很多的功能，这些功能会对应于模块。如果这些功能混杂在一起，不方便我们代码的管理和维护。 同时想要再次使用也难以复用。因此我们要进行分模块设计，将其中的固定模块拆分出来，既方便代码维护，也方便复用。

将pojo和utils拆分出来作为单独的模块。
创建好的目录结构如下：
三.在tlias-pojo和tlias-utils模块中引入对应的依赖解决报错问题，并在tlias-web-management中引入对应的依赖就行。
