一、加载数据集 (Dataset)
加载数据集需要继承Dataset
,通常情况下需要实现__init__
方法、__getitem__
方法以及__len__
方法。

二、显示训练的情况(tensorboard
)
tensorboard
是一个可视化的包,可用于展示模型损失的变化或者是直接查看图片数据集。
要使用tensorboard
,需要额外进行下载,并且版本过高可能会出现异常。

pip install tensorboard==2.12.0
查看结果需要在当前项目的控制台上输入:
powershelltensorboard --logdir=logs --port=6007
- 参数
--logdir
的值是对应的生成的文件的路径。- 参数
--port
的值表示打开的端口号,可以自定义(避免与其它端口号产生冲突)
运行之后会出现如下的信息,直接点击蓝色显示的地址即可打开对应的网页查看具体的信息。

二、数据变换 (Transforms

Transforms
用于对数据进行变换,常见的有转换为tensor数据类型 、对数据进行归一化 、进行缩放 ,进行随机裁剪等。

dataset
:表示输入的数据batch_size
:表示对多少个数据进行打包(一次性处理多少个数据)shuffle
:表示每轮读取样本时,是否进行随机打乱。num_workers
:使用多线程进行加载数据,默认值为0,表示只使用主线程进行读取数据。drop_last
:每一次读取数据时,如果最后的一些数据不能组成完整的一组是否进行抛弃,False
表示不进行抛弃。

的使用
nn.module
用于自定义自己的模型,可以方便快速的搭建自己的模型。
