说明：此为统计聚合数据，不包含企业名称。月报 2000-2019 年可直接下载，2020 年后的数据需前往海关总署门户查看。平台可能不定期改版，字段和年份以实际页面为准。

2. 海关统计数据查询入口

3. 商务部商务数据中心

提单逐票数据包含收发货人、品名、数量。说明：这些数据来自美国海关，仅覆盖美国口岸，批量下载多为付费，无法替代中国海关明细。

哪些可免费获取，哪些难以获取

可免费获取的部分：

上述 A、B 两类，包括海关总署平台、商务部数据中心、国家统计局，以及 UN Comtrade、WITS、OEC。这些均属于统计聚合层，用于查看趋势、国别和商品大类已经足够。

基本无法免费获取的部分：

带有公司名称的企业逐票明细。CnOpenData、RESSET、CCD 等海关明细库，或需付费，或需通过机构申请。其中 CnOpenData 的明细数据时段多截至 2016 年，时效以官方页面为准。

需要注意的几点：

不要因为"海关数据网站较多"而认为明细数据可以免费获取。免费的层级不包含公司名称。
UN Comtrade 免费访问有额度限制，下载过于频繁会触发限制。
OEC 的提单数据仅覆盖美国口岸，无法替代中国海关明细。

确需带公司名称的明细数据，需做好付费或走机构申请的准备。若你身处高校或合作机构，可咨询图书馆是否订阅了 RESSET 等数据库。
