XCVU13P-2FLGA2577I 赛灵思 Xilinx AMD 的 VirtexUltraScale+ FPGA 。UltraScale+ 架构采用先进工艺与多种片上/封装内集成,以满足信号处理与网络速率需求。

串行收发器(GTY / transceivers)与速率

Virtex UltraScale+ 家族为高带宽系统设计提供了大量高速串行通道,VU13P 型号可支持到数十至数百条收发器,单通道典型速率可达 32.75 Gb/s ;这些收发器支持以太网 100G/PCIe/Interlaken 等多种协议的物理层实现。

  • 系统逻辑单元(System logic cells):约 3,780,000

  • 自适应逻辑模块/ALM(Adaptive Logic Modules):约 216,000

  • DSP 切片(DSP slices):约 12,288,适合乘加/卷积/FFT 运算。

  • 嵌入式 on-chip memory(总计,BRAM + UltraRAM 等可编程片上存储):约 455 Mb(兆比特)(器件总体的 on-chip memory 容量;BRAM 与 UltraRAM 各自有不同份额)。

  • 高速串行收发器(GTY/GTM):最多可达 128 条 ,单通道典型支持 32.75 Gb/s(并可在部分支持模式下使用 58 Gb/s PAM4)。

供电、功耗与热管理

  • 典型内核电压 VCCINT 范围在 约 0.825V--0.876V(常被标为 0.85V 等),不同速率等级/低功耗选项会有细微差异;收发器、BRAM/URAM、I/O 有各自的电压域(VCCAUX、VCCO、VCCBRAM、VCCAUX_IO 等)。
